The Gallatin River Lodge Cabinet Club is an exclusive community of wine enthusiasts who appreciate exceptional wines, thoughtful hospitality, and memorable experiences around the table.
As a member, you’ll enjoy six expertly curated wine collections throughout the year, preferred dining privileges, exclusive wine experiences on property, and special access to our award-winning wine program.

The 2027 Cabinet Club Experience
Six Curated Wine Collections
Discover exceptional wines selected by the Gallatin River Lodge wine team.
Every two months, members receive a collection of four bottles, featuring two reds and two whites, thoughtfully selected for their quality, character, and sense of place.
Each allocation includes tasting notes, producer highlights, and pairing recommendations to help you explore and enjoy every bottle.
- Six allocations annually: January, March, May, July, September, and November
- Four bottles per allocation
- Approximately $90 retail wine value per allocation
- $540 total annual retail wine value

2027 Membership Renewal Deadline: December 10, 2026
Current members are invited to renew by December 10 to continue their Cabinet Club membership for the upcoming year. Renewing members receive an additional two-bottle allocation at time of sign-up!

Membership Details & Terms
- Membership is an annual commitment for the 2027 calendar year.
- Wine allocations are scheduled for January, March, May, July, September, and November.
- Annual prepaid membership is $875; installment membership totals $925.
- Installment payments are collected in six scheduled payments throughout the membership year.
- Membership benefits are available to the enrolled member while the membership is active and payments are current.
- Dining discounts and wine privileges cannot be combined with other promotions or special offers.
- Wine dinner discounts apply to eligible events and are subject to availability.
- Corkage waivers apply when the member is dining at the restaurant, subject to applicable laws and restaurant service policies.
- Additional payment, cancellation, and allocation policies will be provided at enrollment.
