Terms & Conditions:
Availability
- Package is subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
- Available on select concert dates only at the following Venues: Bobcat Stadium, The Brick, The Elm etc..
- Blackout dates may apply.
Transportation
- Private car service is provided to and from the designated concert venue within a specified service radius (to be defined by the lodge).
- Transportation schedule must be arranged with the front desk at least 72 hours prior to arrival.
- Departure times from the lodge will be scheduled based on the event start time and local traffic conditions.
- Return transportation will be coordinated for a mutually agreed-upon pickup time.
- Additional wait time, unscheduled stops, or extended service may incur additional charges.
Food & Beverage Credit
- The $50 credit is valid only in the lodge restaurant during the stay dates.
- Credit has no cash value and cannot be applied to gratuity.
- Any unused portion of the credit will be forfeited at checkout.
- Additional dining charges beyond the credit amount will be added to the guest folio.
Late Checkout
- Late checkout is extended to 12:00 PM (noon).
- Additional late checkout beyond noon is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
Minimum Stay & Occupancy
- Package is based on double occupancy. Additional guests may incur extra charges.
Cancellation Policy
- All fees and charges will be assessed at time of booking – this package is nonrefundable.
- Modifications to transportation within 24 hours of arrival may not be accommodated.
General
- Concert tickets are not included unless explicitly stated.
- The lodge is not responsible for event cancellations, postponements, or changes in venue.
- In the event of concert cancellation, the lodging portion of the reservation remains subject to standard cancellation terms.
